Terms and Conditions of bpexch liv

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply to bpexch liv:

• "Platform" refers to the bpexch liv website, mobile application and all associated services accessible at bpexchliv.com.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a member on bpexch liv.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered or is accessing bpexch liv.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on an outcome through the bpexch liv exchange or gaming interface.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your bpexch liv account at any given time.
• "Back Bet" means a bet placed in favour of an outcome occurring.
• "Lay Bet" means a bet placed against an outcome occurring, acting as the counterparty.
• "Settlement" means the process by which bpexch liv resolves a market and credits or debits member accounts based on the result.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency used on bpexch liv for all transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits issued by bpexch liv to a member account as part of an offer or promotion.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use bpexch liv, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpexch liv does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any point.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration — including your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each person is permitted to hold one account only on bpexch liv. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be suspended upon detection, with balances forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or be subject to any court order, regulatory requirement or other legal restriction that would prevent you from using a betting service.
• You must be accessing bpexch liv voluntarily for recreational purposes and acknowledge that betting involves a risk of financial loss.

bpexch liv reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your bpexch liv account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person, including family members or friends.
• bpexch liv will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your bpexch liv account, you must notify us immediately at support@bpexchliv.com. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• bpexch liv cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials, unless the compromise resulted from a proven security breach on our side.
• All OTP-verified transactions are considered authorised. If an OTP was used to authorise a withdrawal from your account, bpexch liv treats this as a confirmed instruction from the account holder.
• You must ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and under your control at all times, as it is used for OTP verification and account recovery.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bpexch liv are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) or Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
• bpexch liv does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are available for betting immediately upon confirmation. Confirmation times vary by payment method — mobile wallet deposits are typically instant.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though daily processing limits may apply at peak periods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. bpexch liv reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• bpexch liv may withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is an active investigation into the account, if the account has pending disputes, or if anti-fraud procedures require additional verification.
• Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing fee of up to 5% upon withdrawal, applied at bpexch liv's discretion to deter deposit fraud.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bpexch liv are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum bet on any market is Rs 10. There is no fixed maximum bet — the upper limit is determined by available market liquidity on the exchange.
• Bets are matched in real time against other members on the exchange. If insufficient liquidity exists, your bet will remain unmatched until a counterparty is found or the market closes.
• bpexch liv operates as a peer-to-peer exchange. The platform does not act as bookmaker and does not set odds — prices are determined by supply and demand between members.
• Once a bet is fully matched, it cannot be cancelled. Unmatched bets may be cancelled at any time before matching occurs.
• In-play bets accepted during a live event are subject to brief suspensions during critical moments (e.g., wicket, goal, pause in play). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued or cancelled at the platform's discretion.
• bpexch liv reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an obvious pricing error — a price so far outside the expected range that no reasonable person would consider it a legitimate market price.
• All bets are placed in PKR. No conversion from any other currency is applied.

6 Bet Settlement and Results

bpexch liv settles all markets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body, league or tournament organiser. The following settlement rules apply:

• Settlement is final once a market is resolved. bpexch liv does not re-settle markets based on subsequent appeals, protests or changes of result unless the official governing body itself issues a revised result.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• Markets are settled based on the score or outcome at the scheduled end of the event. Extra time, penalty shootouts or tie-breakers are included only if the specific market rules state they are covered.
• In the event of a disputed result or delayed official confirmation, bpexch liv reserves the right to suspend settlement until an official result is confirmed. Members will be notified of any significant settlement delay.
• Settlement queries must be raised within 14 days of the settlement date. Queries raised after this period may not be investigated.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your bpexch liv account balance automatically and immediately upon market settlement.

7 Bonuses, Promotions and Referral Rewards

bpexch liv runs various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and the Refer a Friend programme. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms. Where a promotion's individual terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including through coordinated betting, reverse wagering, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Unless a bonus is explicitly described as "no wagering" or "withdrawable cash," bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• bpexch liv reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, bets already placed using bonus funds will be honoured to the extent of funds already wagered.
• Referral rewards are credited as real, withdrawable cash with no wagering requirement, provided the referred friend was genuinely new to bpexch liv and completed the qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and coordinated fake registrations void the reward entirely.
• bpexch liv may impose maximum winnings caps on certain bonus promotions. These will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch liv and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account under any combination of identity, device or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or any verification process.
• Using bpexch liv for money laundering, financial fraud or any other criminal activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or circumvent the exchange pricing mechanism, including through collusion with other members to create artificial market prices.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, access the platform or interact with any bpexch liv feature without explicit written permission.
• Betting on events in which you have inside knowledge or a privileged position that gives you an unfair informational advantage over other exchange participants.
• Sharing or selling access to your bpexch liv account, including providing credentials to a third party who manages bets on your behalf for commercial gain.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bpexch liv staff or other platform members through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

• bpexch liv reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without cause, including where these Terms have been breached.
• Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, the account holder will be notified by email or in-platform message. An investigation will be conducted within a reasonable timeframe.
• If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bpexch liv may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance that was derived from or associated with the prohibited conduct.
• You may close your bpexch liv account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 24 consecutive months with a remaining balance may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

10 Privacy and Data

bpexch liv collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with fraud prevention obligations and improve the bpexch liv platform.
• bpexch liv does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share data with payment processors, fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform legally and safely.
• All personal data is stored in encrypted form and protected by industry-standard security practices.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@bpexchliv.com.

11 Responsible Gaming

bpexch liv takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help members manage their betting activity. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not a source of income. You should never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
• bpexch liv provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings at no charge.
• Self-exclusion requests are honoured within 24 hours of submission. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets on bpexch liv.

• bpexch liv may intervene proactively if our monitoring systems detect patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour — including reaching out directly and offering responsible gaming tools.

12 Limitation of Liability

• bpexch liv provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.
• bpexch liv is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• bpexch liv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, opportunity or expected winnings.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bpexch liv's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

bpexch liv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent modification.
• For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how you use bpexch liv — we will notify registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• If you continue to use bpexch liv after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using bpexch liv and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction under which bpexch liv operates.
• In the event of a dispute between you and bpexch liv, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via support@bpexchliv.com.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration under applicable rules, unless prohibited by law.
• You agree that any dispute arising from your use of bpexch liv will be handled on an individual basis. Class actions or collective proceedings against bpexch liv are not permitted under these Terms.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bpexch liv regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.
